🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day.

International tracking may be delayed depending on customs processing or the destination country’s postal service.


🌍 Customs, VAT & Import Fees (EU & UK)

For EU and UK orders:

  • Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal inspections.

If a package is refused due to customs fees, the buyer may not be eligible for a refund.

All orders are packed with care using recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at info@pinkpatta.com with photos of the box and contents.


❗ Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • U.S. orders: please allow up to 10 business days

  • EU/UK orders: please allow up to 21 business days

After that, email us with your order number and full name. We’ll assist you directly.
