PinkPatta is committed to getting your skincare delivered quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This policy outlines shipping options, timelines, and important notes for both U.S. and international orders.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • 🇺🇸 United States (All 50 states + U.S. Territories)

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 🇪🇺 European Union countries

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Standard: $4.99

  • U.S. Expedited: $9.99

  • Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $35

  • EU/UK Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

  • Orders over $100 (USD) may qualify for free tracked shipping to EU/UK

🔄 Tracking Your Order

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

International tracking may be delayed depending on customs processing or the destination country’s postal service.

🌍 Customs, VAT & Import Fees (EU & UK)

For EU and UK orders:

  • Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal inspections.

If a package is refused due to customs fees, the buyer may not be eligible for a refund.

🛡️ Secure Packaging & Delivery

All orders are packed with care using recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at info@pinkpatta.com with photos of the box and contents.

❗ Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • U.S. orders: please allow up to 10 business days

  • EU/UK orders: please allow up to 21 business days

After that, email us with your order number and full name. We’ll assist you directly.
