I'm completely out of shape, and i vape at times, used to smoke here and there. Recently got few times of breathlessness, i guess it's still too early to say it actually helped, but i can say that i'm not changing any habits, so i'll know if the device is the thing that helped.

The mouth part is soft and the smell is not that strong.
