As described. Fast delivery. Fit could be a bit better if it was more flexible, since it doesn't touch both eye bags evenly, so I have to hold it down sometimes. It's too soon to tell if it will help with eye bags, but it does have red light and EMS function. Maybe more options for different intensity levels could make it better. Would recommend this seller.
