This mask is well made, has a convenient bag, and is easy to travel flat. It has a timer option and choice between different light frequencies. The plug from the mask into the control unit can feel like it’s inserted when it still has one little click to go, which I think would account for those other reviews that say the lights don’t work. So far it makes my skin feel fresher and healthier.

I reached out to the company through email and no response, I bought one in march last year and april, they both broke few months after getting, no response from company, I want my $$ back

Use it daily and my skin looks and feels amazing. Felt like placebo effect at first until I started receiving compliments from family and friends.

I recently purchased two infrared facial masks. One of them works perfectly, but the other is defective. It only charges for about ten minutes before stopping, and the LED lights do not turn on at all. I am really disappointed that the quality control process did not catch this before shipping. It would save consumers a lot of hassle if products were thoroughly checked before being sent out.
Now, I have to return the defective item to Amazon for a refund, but I live in an area without an Amazon drop-off location. This means I also need to find a printer to print the return labels. Overall, this experience has been quite frustrating.
